How do the monthly guest passes work?
Depending on your membership tier (Radiant or Limitless), guest passes are automatically credited to your account on the first of every month. You can book a spot for a friend directly through the Lumina app. Please note that guest passes do not roll over to the following month; we encourage you to share the gift of wellness regularly
Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership tier?
Yes, we offer total flexibility. You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time to gain immediate access to additional classes and perks. For downgrades, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. All membership adjustments can be managed with a single tap within your account settings.
How do I redeem my retail and workshop discounts?
Your member discount (10%, 15%, or 25% depending on your tier) is tied to your profile. It is automatically applied to any in-studio retail purchases and digital workshop bookings when you are logged into the Lumina app. For guest instructors or international retreats, check the specific event details for member-exclusive pricing.
What happens to my perks if I need to pause my membership?
We offer a "Membership Freeze" for up to 30 days per year—perfect for travel or recovery. During a pause, your billing is suspended for a small maintenance fee. Please note that access to perks, such as the digital stillness library and retail discounts, will be temporarily deactivated until your membership is reinstated.
